4.Professional Application Guidelines

Substrate Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, solid, and dry, free from oil/grease and contaminants. Use two-cloth cleaning method (damp wipe followed by dry wipe)

Ambient Conditions: Apply between 7-40℃ with ≥60% relative humidity. Avoid rainy/high-humidity environments

Tools Required: Cartridge gun, utility knife, masking tape, smoothing tool, brush

5.Application Procedure
Surface Protection: Apply masking tape along both sides of joints
Nozzle Cutting: Cut nozzle tip at 45° angle according to required bead width (typically 5-13mm)
Bead Application: Hold gun at 90° to joint; extrude continuous bead slightly above substrate level to fill cavity completely
Tooling & Shaping: Smooth bead unidirectionally with tool to eliminate air pockets; shape into concave/flat profile
Tape Removal: Remove masking tape within 10 minutes before skin forms
